Nova is an entertainment application only. All content, including horoscopes, palmistry readings, tarot readings, compatibility reports, and AI chat responses, is generated for entertainment purposes and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

By using the app you agree that:

• Content is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
• You will not make important life decisions based solely on app content.
• All interpretations are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies.
• You use this app at your own risk.

Nova, its developers, and affiliates are not responsible for any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from use of the app.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Nova you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Nova and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase subscriptions. By using the app, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Accounts and Security

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and device.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals

• Premium features are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions billed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Taxes and currency conversion may apply.
• Manage or cancel renewals in your App Store or Google Play settings; uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Features and pricing may change; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Refund Policy

Due to the instant digital nature of our services, subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law.

• App Store purchases: Refund requests must be made through Apple.
• Google Play purchases: Refund requests must be made through Google.
• EU residents: 14-day withdrawal right applies only if you have not accessed premium content. By accessing premium features, you waive this right where legally permitted.

In-App Purchases and Ads

• Payments and receipts are processed by the relevant app store; Nova does not store full payment details.
• Free users may see ads delivered by AdMob or similar ad networks.

Content and Intellectual Property

• Nova and its content, features, and branding are owned by Nova or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app or its content.

User Content

• You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g., birth data, photos, questions).
• You grant Nova a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content solely to operate and improve the service.
• You must not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Third-Party Services

Nova uses trusted third-party services such as Firebase, Google Cloud, OpenAI, RevenueCat, and AdMob. Your use of the app may be subject to their terms and policies.

Privacy

Your use of Nova is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it. We do not sell your personal data.

Prohibited Use

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior.
• No attempts to access or disrupt systems without authorization.
• No scraping, automated collection, or reverse engineering.

AI and Accuracy Notice

AI outputs and astrological interpretations may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. They should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or psychological decisions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the app.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Nova and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Sections intended to survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via updated date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you reside in the EU or UK, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
