How to delete your account in the app

1. Open Nova Astral and sign in.
2. Go to the “Profile” tab (user icon in the bottom bar).
3. Top right, tap the profile/user button to open your Advanced Natal Chart.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”.
5. Confirm in the alert. Your session will close and your profile will be removed.

If you don’t see the option, update to the latest app version from Google Play or the App Store.

What gets deleted

• Your identity in Firebase Auth (you won’t be able to sign in again with that user).
• Your user document in Firestore: name, email, language, birth data, tokens, and subscription status.
• Chat history stored in chatSessions (threads and messages), including tarot chats and oracle/yes-no conversations.
• Compatibility requests and cached synastry results associated to your user.
• Palmistry photos/readings tied to your profile.
• Tarot reading history linked to your account.
• Compatibility checks are not stored; they are computed live, so there is no history to erase.

Minimal technical logs and temporary backups are automatically purged per our privacy policy (max 30 days).

Subscriptions and payments

Deleting your account does not cancel active store subscriptions. If you have Nova Premium, cancel renewal from your Google Play or App Store account before deleting.

Can’t access the app?

Email support@novaastral.com with the subject “Delete account” and include the email you used to sign up. We process manual requests within 30 days.
